Job Title: Senior Linux* Software Engineer

Location: Beijing

Qualifications:

You should possess a Master or a Bachelor of Science degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or Electrical Engineering with more than four years of experience. Additional qualifications include:
Strong background in Linux* system and/or application software development
Knowledge of open source development models
Excellent C/C++ programming and debugging skills
Verbal and written communication skills (both in Mandarin and English)

Senior Solaris Kernel Developer     Beijing                            

Qualifications    

You should possess a Master of Science degree with more than three years working experience as a developer or a Bachelor of Science degree major in Computer Science with more than five years experience. Additional qualifications include:

- Strong C programming skills and assembly language skills

- Experience with developing device drivers on a UNIX*-like OS

- Strong problem solving capability

- Good team work

- Good oral and written English skill

- Good understanding computer system architecture with Intel(r) architecture knowledge would be an added advantage

- Deep understanding on operation system with Solaris* and/or Linux* would be an added advantage

Title: Senior Software Engineer for Linux project.

Location: Shanghai

Requirements:

lBachelor degree with 5+ years or Master degree with 3+ years work experience

l3+ years software development exprience

lStrong C programming skills

lStrong experience on operation system. Linux kernel development is a plus.

lStrong experienc of bug fixing on system software.

lGood verbal and written communication skills in English

lGood team work, initiative and responsible

lKnowledge of Intel microprocessor architecture is a plus

lExperience of working in large Open Source Software project is a plus.       

lPerformance tuning experience will be a plus

Description  

This position is as the kernel developer for Open Solaris on Intel platform. The successful candidate will working on the  design, implement and debugging for kernel features as well as fixing kernel bugs for Open Solaris that may cover areas  including power management, kernel performance tuning, virtualization support.

Ø      Knowledge on operation system with Linux/Solaris as a plus

Ø      Knowledge on computer system architecture with Intel architecture knowledge as a plus

Ø      Understanding the compiler/linker, C runtime library implementation, Linux/Unix executable file?s binary format is a plus.
