Microsoft Visual Studio Code Name "Orcas" is the next generation development tool for Windows Vista, the 2007 Office System, and the Web. The March CTP consists of two releases, Visual Studio Team Suite and Visual Studio Team Foundation Server, which are available in a pre-configured Virtual PC image or as self-extracting installation files.

Virtual PC Image

If you prefer the Virtual PC experience, you can download a pre-configured Virtual PC image containing Team Suite, or an image containing Team Suite, Team Foundations Server, and its prerequisites.

Self-Extracting Installation

If you prefer to install the software yourself, you can download separate self-extracting files for Team Suite and Team Foundation Server. To install Team Foundation Server, you must follow the steps and system requirements details on the download page.

Note: If you wish to use the Virtual PC image you will need Virtual PC or Virtual Server to run this image. If you wish to use the self-extracting install, we advise that you do not install this on a production machine.
